Alignment Overview

AIPathTech's AI systems are designed in alignment with the principles and obligations set out in the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act), particularly for AI systems operating in sensitive, health-adjacent, and decision-support contexts.

These systems are intentionally structured to reduce risk, preserve human agency, and ensure accountability.

This section explains how those principles are implemented in practice.

Risk Classification Awareness

Under the EU AI Act framework, AI systems are categorized by risk.

AIPathTech's AI systems are designed to operate as limited-risk decision-support systems, not as:

  • a medical device
  • a diagnostic system
  • an automated decision-maker over individuals

These systems:

  • do not provide medical advice
  • do not replace professional judgment
  • do not make binding decisions
  • do not act autonomously without human oversight

Critical distinction: All outputs are recommendations, never commands.

Human Oversight (Article 14)

Human oversight is structurally enforced.

• These systems produce a single recommendation per cycle

No continuous automation or high-frequency loops

• A human (the founder or authorized operator) remains the final executor

Every action requires explicit human approval

• Silence is a valid outcome

Prevents automation pressure and enforces rest

• These systems cannot publish, engage, or act externally on their own

No autonomous execution capability

This ensures that human judgment remains central at all times.

Transparency & Explainability (Articles 13 & 52)

These systems are transparent by design.

TRANSPARENT

Every recommendation is explained in plain language

NO HIDDEN LOGIC

No hidden scoring, manipulation, or opaque ranking is exposed

AUDITABLE

Internal logic is documented and auditable

NO DECEPTION

No deceptive or subliminal techniques are used

Users interacting with AI-driven recommendations are aware that AI is involved and understand its scope and limits.

Data Governance & Privacy (Articles 10 & GDPR Alignment)

AIPathTech's AI systems adhere to strict data governance principles:

No Scraping

No scraping of personal data

Explicit Consent

No use of private content without explicit consent

Internal Only Default

All sensitive signals (emails, DMs, screenshots) are INTERNAL ONLY

Data Minimization

Personal data is minimized, contextual, and purpose-bound

Privacy First

Privacy risk defaults to "do not publish"

GDPR Compatible

Compatible with GDPR principles

These systems are designed to be compatible with GDPR principles, including data minimization, purpose limitation, and accountability.

Bias, Manipulation & Vulnerability Protection (Article 5)

These systems explicitly avoid prohibited AI practices.

They do NOT:

  • exploit emotional vulnerability
  • manipulate behavior through fear or urgency
  • use trauma or illness as persuasion
  • optimize for addictive engagement patterns

Growth decisions are constrained by ethical guardrails that override metric optimization.

Accuracy, Robustness & Safety (Article 15)

These systems prioritize robustness through restraint.

• No real-time autonomous optimization

Decisions require human check-in and approval

• No high-frequency decision loops

Single recommendation per cycle, not continuous

• Baseline registration before AI influence

Clear before/after separation for measurement

• Longitudinal measurement instead of reactive tuning

Observational proof, not optimization feedback loops

This reduces systemic instability and unintended effects.

Accountability & Auditability

AIPathTech's AI systems maintain:

  • Documented Decision Rules: Role resolution logic, conflict resolution, ethical guardrails
  • Versioned System Logic: Decision engine version tracked with each recommendation
  • Baseline Snapshots: Pre-AI state locked and preserved for comparison
  • Longitudinal Records: Effectiveness ledger tracks change over time

These elements allow:

  • internal audits
  • partner review
  • regulatory explanation
  • future conformity assessments if required

Alignment Statement

AIPathTech's AI systems are not designed to bypass regulation.

They are designed to demonstrate that:

  • AI can be governed
  • AI can be restrained
  • AI can support humans without replacing them
  • ethical AI can still produce measurable outcomes

These systems treat the EU AI Act not as a constraint, but as a design framework.

Important Note

This documentation does not constitute a legal certification or declaration of conformity.

It represents a good-faith, compliance-oriented design approach consistent with the spirit and requirements of the EU AI Act.

AIPathTech governs AI by design, not by exception.
