This website sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no tracking, no session recording, no advertising technology and no social media plugins.

It loads no fonts, scripts or images from third-party servers. It has no contact form. Nothing is stored in your browser.

When you open this website, our hosting provider records technical data that your browser transmits automatically: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, and browser and operating system information.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website. This data is not merged with any other data and is not used to identify you. Logs are deleted after 30 days.

This website is hosted on Amazon Web Services. Files are stored in the AWS region eu-central-1 (Frankfurt, Germany).

Content is delivered through Amazon CloudFront, a content delivery network with servers in many countries, so that the page loads quickly wherever you are. This means your request may be served from, and logged at, a location outside the EU.

Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL acts as our processor under Art. 28 GDPR, covered by the AWS Data Processing Addendum, which incorporates the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for any transfer outside the EU.

If you write or call us, the data you provide — your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message — is stored so that we can deal with your enquiry.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the contact relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We keep this correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter and to meet statutory retention obligations.

Our website links to external sites, including LinkedIn and mynedpath.com. We have no control over those sites and their own privacy policies apply. Following a link is your decision; no data is transmitted to them until you do.

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing (Art. 21).
